5th day of Christmas!

Wow, what a day!  I woke up at 4:15 a.m. (no Saturday sleep in for me) and headed to the gym.  I ran 13 miles on the dumb treadmill, I REALLY wanted to be out running about the city in the snow.  I gave myself a sponge bath, changed clothes and headed to American Fork for my cycling certification workshop at 8.  I was there until just after 1 p.m.  It was a fine time and guess what?  I got up in front of real live humans and did a little snippet of a class, who am I becoming?  Of course, there were only 5 other people and it was for 2 minutes but I did it and I wasn't even scared.

I rushed home, took another sponge bath, changed clothes AGAIN and headed up to Primary Children's Hospital to see my friend's daughter.  I was a disgusting mess but I had people waiting on me so there was no time for such luxuries as a shower.  I felt really sorry for the people stuck with me all day...swass and all!  Oh well, I finally got to shower for the day at 7 p.m., lovely!  Anyways, on with today's giveaway!

Guacamole...YUM!  I love their Chicken Mango Salad.
