By you getting up and working out around the schedule of your family shows that your family comes first and you are willing to adjust your things according to what they already have planned. <br /><br />Don't be hard on yourself for skipping a run. I think I have said this...People are just jealous. I think I have said this before but I will say it again. It doesn't matter what people think. You are doing what is best for you and your family. I know for a fact that getting your workout in makes you a better mother and wife because it makes you happy. I know it is hard but try to not worry about what others think and just do what is best for you.<br /><br />I can totally relate to everything you said in this post and agree that missing a workout is hard. We know we wont gain any weight for missing just one workout but it is more mental than anything. As you know i get lots of critisizm from my family for exersizing and eating healthy, its so hard when your doing what is best for your body. I think you are an amazing inspiration with your dedication to excersize and anyone that doesn't agree is a lazy slug! I also feel the need to get every mile and workout in or i turn into a big fatty, its SO hard to miss a workout.
